“I came in today because I wanted to switch back to Cricket after having a horrible experience with another carrier. I'm really glad that I came to this particular Cricket location. Bowen, the sales rep who helped me, was very nice and extremely patient. Since he was there by himself, training a new hire, he had to deal With a couple of customers at the same time. There was an older lady who came in and not tech savvy, like me. He was so patient and kind to her-even showing her the parts of her phone. On top of that, he also had a good sense of humor. I've been to a couple of Cricket Wireless locations and both times I've had a good experience. Thanks for knowing how to take care of your customers, Cricket Wireless!!!”

“Never any hassles. Efficiently operated and stocked.
I was uplifted when nobody tried to challenge me when i actually rode my bicycle into the store (very slowly and carefully) to make a quick purchase. I had been recently released from the hospital and wouldn't have had enough "gumption" to do my shopping otherwise as weak as I was. A nice bit of exercising the wisdom of my ability to conduct myself accordingly. Respect.”

“This is a great 7-11. I come here frequently and I really appreciate how their prices here are competitive with stores like Safeway. I bought a gallon of milk here for around $5.59. A similar gallon of milk cost me $4.99 at Safeway but I had to drive 10 minutes to get to Safeway for that milk. To me this 7-11 is very reasonably priced and I really appreciate that. I also think it helps increase sales at 7-11 stores if they stay reasonably priced because people won't have a reason to drive all the way to a grocery store if they can get a short list of items at 7-11 for nearly the same price. Another thing that is great about this 7-11 is the customer service. I recently had to pay with quarters and at no point did I feel embarrassed about this while shopping here and that made me feel good. The team member working the cash register actually told me that they appreciate men paying in change because they need the change! I will say that it's a bummer that they don't take Apple Cash here though.”

“I've been going to this 7-11 since 2015 and it's always a joy to shop there. The staff is always courteous and kind. They always put out fresh coffee and are willing to make new ones when requested. I always see them keeping the store super clean. I appreciate that they allow regular customers in during the high school lunch rush, despite the large number of students waiting to shop during that time. The woman who works during the day always greets me with the friendliest smile:)”
