I was in the store to enquire about switching from another network. I took an appointment and was talking to lady named Jackie. She was highly uncooperative. She refused to explain me about any of the plans and told me to book an appointment for some other day. Pathetic customer service!

Came to the store and was told on Sunday is by appointment only due to short of staff. Even though the staff is there and doing nothing. Typical Verizon/ATT style. Too big to fail.

Came to the store because calling customer service didn’t help with the problem. Lot of stuff at the back but they say they are out of stuff. Don’t want to deal with Verizon again.
