“Jason and RJ are Great. Best RC shop around. I took an RC car there that I wanted to upgrade. Jason and RJ told me that it really wouldn't be worth it and to save my money. That is really refreshing to hear in this day and age...honesty goes a loooooong way in my book. They have a huge selection and hard to beat prices. The pricing is very close to Amazon, plus you know you are going to get quality products when you buy something from J&J customs. Highly highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I absolutely recommend this place if you like old before 2010s animes and manga. The store has very rare and old posters, mangas, and DVDs for ridiculously good prices. stuff you can not find online. Mangas are in English and japanese. The owner is really kind and will look in the back to pull out any extra books he has related to your interests. I never seen such an extensive and well maintain collection of old mangas for sale. I love this place even more than the stores in San Francisco Japan Town. They also have sets of beautiful handmade ceramics and traditional Japanese wall arts.”

“I was in the store for the first time today. It was an amazing experience. Christine must have brought out a dozen pairs of shoes and helped me with the tricky buckle. She was patient and also fun to work with. I now have two brand new pairs of shoes at a reasonable price and that fit well.”

“What can I say? If it's plastic and fantastic they have it or can get it. Zip ties cheaper than Walmart. The always fun discards/trimmings bin. Neat little bottles with a variety of tops you can pick and choose from spray to drip to (non-sharp) needles great for dispensing things like oil for your bike. I'm pretty convinced this place inspired the movie "The Graduate". They'd been around for about a decade and a half by the time that movie was filmed so I rest my case. *Plastics*”

“This is a huge Michaels and it's fully stocked too. I went in here to look for a tape measure and was surprised to see how big this Michaels is. Everything is also neatly stocked and there's a cart when you need it Service was ok. They have someone near check out to see if you want to self pay or wait for a cashier. It's faster to diy check out. I would definitely come back to this Michaels!”

They stuff is not cheap - in price or quality - and they do carry premium brands however, I don't think this is the place for the upper level artisan to get their supplies at - mainly for everyday, basic and intermediate crafters”

It seems a little chaotic with how everything is everywhere, but after browsing it made more sense and felt like a treasure hunt. Pricing was competitive, even on the out of print or rarer items.

“Came here for some card supplies and got exactly the help I needed. Looked around and they offer quite a variety of supplies, cards by the pack (or box) and some sports memorabilia as well. I asked a few questions and they took their time answering them and let me browse around without pestering me even though I only spent a few bucks. My only suggestion is to be careful with some of their autographed stuff, as I didn't see the accompanying certifications you'd expect nowadays (PSA/JSA/Beckett).”

“If there is anything that makes retail shops look attractive, it's how tidy and organized the departments are - a slight adjacency to customer service . Michaels in Cupertino is organized and so far - has commendable customer service (as long as they're smiling when they interact, I'm sold). The staff at the register and on the floor are helpful even during the holidays. Every shelf has a variety of great selection (even new to the arts and crafts items are here!). I've been coming to this store for years, but not often, and there are the occasional customers with their unruly kids knocking over merchandise or just running around the store like a playground - I know this is something the staff cannot control but this creates an inconvenience to other customers as these little people have no clue about good behavior. One time I had to give my "I'll eat you alive" look to a little girl who pushed against my cart while she was running. I think that kid will never leave home after that. I digress. The framing department seems to be the busiest area in the store. Each time I had to go use their bathroom (clean), there were always customers waiting to be helped. I take that as a good sign? There are always great sales going on with their yarn and beading supplies. I'm happy. Their clearance items are of great value and if you get in during the right time, you'll even get to purchase $10 wholesale boxes from previous seasons. I shop here, usually at random...not a great idea. Parking is easy and the strip is a one-stop-shop with the Safeway and Ulta next door. Even a RDFL (Ross Dress For Less). It's time to conclude this thesis. It's an easy 5 stars.”
