“Had a seamless experience. Mark was the phlebotomist I saw, and he was able to get the needle in quickly and take blood with no issues (which is rare for me!). I also drank a lot of water before to help prepare the veins as I have heard that helps. When I got there, did check in at the iPad which was smooth. Would suggest to arrive early 10-15 minutes early, bring ID, and definitely make an appointment versus walk in. Total appointment time was 10-15 minutes.”

“I walked in without an appointment and the check-in process was very easy. There is an id scanner to scan driver’s license and insurance ID, and I was called in right away. After completing a small amount of paperwork, my blood was drawn quickly and smoothly. The whole process was super easy and stress-free. I also loved the Harry Potter theme inside—it made the visit even more enjoyable!”

The staff was so helpful and courteous that I got my blood sample taken out and left the center in less than five minutes.Generally the staff at this center are very friendly, patient and helpful”

The nurses and lab technicians are amazing – very gentle, professional, and incredibly kind with kids. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and the staff is wonderfully attentive. If you need to get blood work done for a child, this is absolutely the best place to go!”

Blood test! I scheduled the earliest appointment available at this location! Later i read the reviews and it really scared me ! However the whole experience was very seamless and pleasant! Thought i a share a positive review as it is possible! Being honest with the staff about the reviews and my concerns about painful blood draw probably helped as well .”

Check-in procedure is very easy and friendly.
Reminding emails and text messages sent to me were proper and helpful. The staff called me on time (no delay). She is friendly and nice.
The restroom is good. It will be nicer if the restroom can also provide paper towel (it doesn’t have).
The restroom has dryer instead.
Overall it was a very good experience at Quest. Called me even before the appointment time. (On time) staff was polite and professional. Environment was nice, clean, and comfortable.
Parking was easy and closed. Test result was completed very quickly.”
“My go to location. The phlebotomists are always so gentle and kind. The wait can be long. Best is to have your doctor send the lab order electronically over and then make an appointment for the draw. Still have to wait, but better than walking in.”

It will be faster with an appointment, of course, but since I have to come so often with little notice, I never have an appointment, yet I get in and out quickly. It is clean and there is plenty of easy parking.”
