I made an appointment (what I would strongly recommend) and didn't wait at all. The phlebotomist, Ilham, was very kind and professional, and I had my blood drawn after one attempt.

The office is inside of Safeway and there is no visible signate for Quest Diagnostics from the street. The pin for this address is also broken and I submitted a request to fix it.
Had a lovely chat with the phlebotomist 👍

I want to shout out to thank James to spend time to comfort my son and give him a lot of encouragement to get the bloodwork done. He is humorous and gentle with a lot of patience to deal with the most challenging cases.
