Tried to call a pharmacist- usually don’t pick up; this time they did put me on hold and after a while got disconnected

Staff is good, but overall experience is very poor. Making people wait for 45 mins for medicines. There is no place to sit and wait. No drive-through. It's a curse that Rite-Aid shutdown and moved everything to Safeway
