“Very helpful and friendly local pharmacy. Always available to answer questions. Definitely a step up from the the larger chain stores. Please give them a try if you are looking for a less corporate pharmacy.”
“Very friendly pharmacist offering a medication mailing service and bilingual support in Chinese and English—an excellent fit for the needs of the elderly.”
“The online scheduling and checkin process are very convenient. While the checkin process says you don’t need to go to the front counter, I did so anyway to be sure. My visit ended up being very quick, so I’m happy about that. This location can get quite busy.”
“This is the first time i came to a Safeway Pharmacy (CVS previously). I called first to inquire about getting a covid vaccine shot. The person over the phone (Adrian) was very attentive, a pleasant surprise. I then went in; both Adrian and the pharmacist Jessica are very friendly - not just with me but with other customers. I had to wait a bit long due to an input error made on my insurance card, but it is ok because they are pleasant to interact with.”
“Nina (pharmacy) and Heena (customer service) were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. Answering all my questions and making me feel like a valued customer. Thank you! ??”
“Went in to pick up a prescription for my bf and was very happy with the service I received by Sara at the pharmacy counter. She hopped on the register as soon as she saw 2 customers waiting. She was friendly and expeditious. She answered my questions thoroughly and was knowledgeable in her department. I truly appreciated not having to wait for just one person to ring people up. Her attention to her customers time sets this pharmacy above the rest!”
“It is with immense pleasure that I write to commend an exceptional employee, Emma, at your Cupertino location's photo center. Earlier today, during my purchase of 120 photo prints, Emma provided truly outstanding assistance that significantly enhanced my experience. Emma demonstrated exemplary professionalism and patience while guiding me through the process of downloading my vacation photographs. She meticulously addressed my numerous questions, ensuring I felt completely supported and understood. Furthermore, her proactive initiative in locating and applying a coupon for an additional discount on my purchase was greatly appreciated. What truly set Emma apart was her extraordinary commitment to customer service. Rather than simply notifying me of my order's completion, she went above and beyond by personally approaching my vehicle to inform me that my prints were ready for pickup. This level of attentiveness and personalized service is rarely encountered and left a lasting positive impression. Such dedicated service cultivates deep customer loyalty. As a direct result of my phenomenal interaction with Emma this evening, I am now committed to making this Cupertino location my preferred destination for all future needs. I firmly believe that a seamless and highly supportive shopping experience, delivered by staff who consistently exceed expectations, is a compelling reason for customers to patronize a specific business, even if it requires extra travel. Emma truly embodies this principle. I strongly recommend that Emma's outstanding contributions be formally recognized, whether through a special acknowledgement, a bonus, or a salary review. Employees of her caliber are instrumental in fostering customer loyalty and significantly enhancing a store's reputation. My sincere appreciation once again to Emma for her invaluable assistance; her dedication undoubtedly elevates the customer experience at this Walgreens establishment.”
“I've been a loyal customer for years. Their service is good in general. My only advice is to avoid peak hours, as it can get very busy and slow. Plan your visit accordingly, and you'll have a good experience.”
