“Needed an exhaust modification, called the OEM exhaust mod, for my E70 X5M. Basically cut open the muffler from the top, remove sound deadening, weld in straight pipe, weld back the cover that was removed.
I sent Steve some photos done by other people on Bimmerpost, but told Steve to do it however he wants. It turned out great. Steve is Picasso for exhaust work. Looks better than what people have done previously. Most importantly, it sounds great.

“I have been at the CityWide Auto Care for a couple of times for oil change, brake pads and rotor services. The service was decent and at a fair price. I had little idea of auto work, but worked previously with a manufacturing company, I got the same feeling of efficient shop floor, well organized tools, and equipment. The communication with the shop manager was clear and straightforward. The shop managers always came out himself to check on my vehicle with quick conversation to understand what was going on, but no other sales talk as I would have from big-name tire centers. The manager always asked if I would need transportation. I will come back for my future maintenance and repair needs.”

“I have known Namat since he opened Cypress Automotive in the 1980's. As others have said, he is a man who can be trusted. I've owned a lot of cars in my life, and his shop has put their hands on almost every one of them. The only ones he hasn't worked on are those I didn't keep long enough to take to him. Last week he replaced a valve cover gasket on our old 2002 Ford Ranger. The work was completed in one day, which I didn't expect but definitely appreciated. That's just the latest example I have about his work. His shop is always busy so parking can be an issue, but that's a small inconvenience compared to having a mechanic you can trust.”
