They went above and beyond to outsource the rare parts I needed and get them in while I was sitting in the office and I left with everything up and running far better than the past few times I had left the actual Land Rover dealership. Very transparent for services requested, and suggested services as well prior to doing the work. “I have only good things to share, and there are a lot of good things about this auto repair business. I am not related to anyone who owns or works there and it was my first time taking my Toyota truck there. The lady (Pearl) who helps run the business side of the shop told me that she's heard some people tell her that it's almost as good as the dealer service... But I even disagree with her because I just took my truck to Toyota service a week ago and didn't feel right about some recommendations. This FNP Auto repair gave me way better service than the Toyota dealer service... The tech here knew more about my truck and was able to give me personal service and even gave me documentation and pictures of the testing strips and the whole evaluation inspection system is completely transparent. I don't write reviews very often, but this is well worth my time to let others know how much better Auto service can be. And turns out the lead tech at this place is somewhat specialized in Toyota as well but I think they work on all cars I'm not sure. Highly recommend for anyone to at least consider.”
