“amazing price! i needed my phone fixed and called up a few places this place was over $100 cheaper than two others i called! the guy who runs it was super nice i would definitely recommend”

“Even though T Mobile's return policies are two weeks on returns with a restocking fee, I was lucky that I bought the phone at Costco, so Costco's return policies were in effect, which is 3 months with no fees.

T Mobile customer service gave me instructions to return it to only certain T Mobile stores like this one and the store figured out to take it back as a Costco purchase.

For future reference to myself and everyone with Costco Membership, it's better to take all Costco bought merchandise back to Costco for better and quicker service.

I still gave this store 5 stars because they figured it out quickly enough and they treated me right. Although T Mobile still have issues with customer service within the last few years, I had a good experience at this store and learned how things worked. I'm guessing some stores may not know what to do in this situation and refuse the return, which may cause more problems for the customers.

“The store was busy and all of the workers were occupied and short. Including the manage, he was useless. However, the only worker that was genuinely nice and helpful was Justin. In fact, I recognized Justin from the Garden Grove GameStop location from years before who has now been relocated to the Cypress store. He had the same nice and professional demeanor, making sure I was taken care of today as I waited for an in-store trade in. Nobody else acknowledged me out of 6 workers besides Justin. This gentlemen is a true scholar, while the other workers sat there eating Taco Bell while listening to heavy hardcore metal music. Perhaps, they were on their lunch break but eating Taco Bell not in their private lunch room but out in the open on the sales floor seems completely mentally unaware to me.

Justin took care of my trade-in quickly and professionally. I cannot praise him anymore. For his services, the store will get a phantom 5 Star Rating A++”

“Pretty standard 7/11 experience. Food when u walk straight in. Indian staff to the left. And rows of food and drinks. I would not recommend this one for water. This location is more energy drinks, Taki's and has a screen protector in case of robberies. :(”

“Had to return 2 items I had ordered online since I really wasn’t gona use them after all and it was the quickest n smooth process ever … walked in went straight to the returns desk where I was greeted immediately and assisted and done… In and out .. wish I could’ve remembered the guy’s name that helped me, but it was an awesome quick experience”
