“I'd purchased a new S26 Ultra that was having issues getting set up. My neighbor and I traveled to a few different store's and none could help us. It was very discouraging and stressful as i needed my phone for work the next day. Our final try was Verizon in Cypress and it was a lifesaver!!! Kris helped me get my phone issues resolved, alleviated a ton of stress, and saved the day! I couldn't be more thankful.”
“I received exemplary service here from a young man named Carlos, he was very informative and didn't try and sell me on anything, he gave me the facts and allowed me to choose based off those facts. Love the phone I got, the longest part was the phone transfer s21 to s25 and that was only about 15 min.”
“Even though T Mobile's return policies are two weeks on returns with a restocking fee, I was lucky that I bought the phone at Costco, so Costco's return policies were in effect, which is 3 months with no fees.
T Mobile customer service gave me instructions to return it to only certain T Mobile stores like this one and the store figured out to take it back as a Costco purchase.
For future reference to myself and everyone with Costco Membership, it's better to take all Costco bought merchandise back to Costco for better and quicker service.
I still gave this store 5 stars because they figured it out quickly enough and they treated me right. Although T Mobile still have issues with customer service within the last few years, I had a good experience at this store and learned how things worked. I'm guessing some stores may not know what to do in this situation and refuse the return, which may cause more problems for the customers.
