Their ability to multi task and prioritize customers while others are waiting was impecable. Best experience ive honestly ever had with at&t or any other phone companies. Paulina helped me, and she was on it, despite her machine being so slow and not loading on her.”

“This Verizon Authorized Retailer provides an exceptionally smooth and positive experience. The employees are all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is top tier, going out of their way to help those with issues that most official Verizon stores would've charged for. They even installed a complimentary phone case and screen protector, which saved my phone from a major accident I had on a roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. If it wasn't for them, I would've had to shell out $$$ to replace a brand new screen. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service!”
