“I want to thank the ladies at this back I came in Monday late around 4pm. To get my settlement check cashed. I didn't have a bank account , but my check was made out to them. They were able to get verified in a hour and I got all my money. I will definitely be back, I don't have a back account , but I may just try this place out. “I came in with my elderly dad to help him with an acount issuse. It was a rather involved process and issue with an outside institution and Bank of America. We were greeted by Krizhna Soriano. She was very friendly and patient with us. The brank was really busy, but she kept checking in with us through the process. Her patience, kindness, and help were much appreciated!”

“Best BofA branch I've ever been to. Clean and modern, spacious inside and out, with security and really nice staff. Parking great too.We've been account holders for decades, the manager Angela here was extremely helpful easing our anxiety around cashing our treasury bonds. (You can cash up to 10 a day, and should bring a marriage certificate if your name changed due to marriage.)Really just generally very nice folks, which is helpful when you have anxiety! Maria helped me as the teller, also nice :) I'm grateful for the team at this location. I was losing hope when I was met with less helpful info/approaches at other locations/over the phone - so I'm thankful I made the drive to come here. Pick this one!”

“Recently, I was the victim of internet scam and the personal banker with the first name Joseph was the one who extended me an incredible amount of help and care. He provided the warning about being careful with wire transfers since they are unreversible. When I realized that I made an mistake with wiring funds to an unknown bank, I rushed back to the bank. Although I arrived a few minutes passed closing time, Joseph recognized me and opened up the front door and allowed me to place a report. Though the wire transfer had gone through, he directed me to call the Fraud Unit and by doing so, the funds were kept on a hold at the receiving bank. Then yesterday, Joseph called me to follow-up on my fraud situation. When I checked my accounts balance, I found that all the funds had been returned to my account. His professionalism and concern will be something that I will remember and hold onto for a very long time.”

She walked me through all the options of personal and business accounts and helped me prepare the paperwork in advance so that I only needed to sign the documents and shorten my time at the branch office. Personal banker Mark B. Canlapan has also been very responsive, quick and helpful with the preparation of the paperwork and getting the accounts open and activated as soon as possible.I can't speak to the other people at this location, but Ms. Chew and Mr. Canlapan were very professional whom I highly recommend.”
