Presently Joy Cai w/assistant Grace have been responsive to any of my needs & questions answered promptly. We recently file a claim w/James Ward & they took the patience to make sure everything was covered. No one legitamate buys insurance thinking of using it but when it's needed, u r glad it's there. “This is really the only branch left for me to visit as the San Mateo one is close down, so been here probably 5-6 times in the last few years. I had a quick errand to get my tags for my car since I had just received my smog test and wanted to get tags on the car. I was greeted by a guy at door and sent to the right line. i was there for a short time. I would have given 5 stars, but my last visit there wasn't as good. The clerk this time was super great but last time she was grumpy and wasn't nearly as helpful”
