When you don't have problem to deal with may not know which branch is helpful. I like to come to Daly City branch all the time, they are polite and put customer service first.”

“Due to my own inability to think well and a snafu with Social Security, I defaulted on my credit card payments. Instead of asking Patelco for help immediately, I waited and destroyed my credit. Ugh. Finally, I went to see Tony, the Manager, at the Daly City Patelco. He graciously helped me get my past-due account paid off and reinstituted my checking account. Tony never once shamed me or did anything negative. His only obvious goal was to help me. Wow. A Banker whose goal was and is to help a member of the Credit Union! I highly recommend Patelco to anyone looking for a small bank or Credit Union that gives personalized financial services. It makes both "cents" and sense!”
“Sandra ( I hope I am spelling her name correctly) helped me today . Oh my Goodness. She is adorable. So friendly, so kind. Very welcoming. I went there for the first time to just cash out a check and my interaction with her took almost 10 minutes. Because she wanted to make sure if there is anything else she can help me with my banking needs and she did . They are going to call me to help me with a loan . She deserves a promotion.”
“After reading the reviews of this location I don't want to go there. I was going to go there to get some info of my dads account if he still had an open or closed account but I figure to check them out for myself we will stop by today by 9am and will update this review once we see how they will treat us. To be continued...UPDATE:Went to this location about 9am and to my surprise I got immediate help, there was 3 workers there and I was able to complete my task in less than half an hour, I would say that the old reviews showing from 10 months ago it's possible that the workers that gave bad customer service are long gone or possibly have moved on out of this location but for this first time here I will say I had a great experience and was taken care of in a timely manor.”
“Amazing service and knowledge by Nicholas Anderson, with the investment part of JP Morgan. We went to him for help in setting up some accounts and different suggestions for investment alternatives/strategies. He is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, and also followed up. “Shotout to William at this branch. I went to Stonestown and Alemany branches today and no one was willing to help me. The employees insisted that what I need will take them an hour and they don't have time. My request was probably not William's responsibility, but as a teller, he made an effort and was able resolve it for me in less than 5 min.”

“Joseph in Westlake Bank of America is amazing. He helped my daughter sort things out with her problem. I would come here from now on if I had to do any transactions/ business with this branch . He is very efficient and professional as well as the other employees in that branch.I won't go to the Gellert branch anymore because Westlake customer service is way better than Gellert and look for Joseph.
