“I came in to have my battery tested because my car had died and I needed to get it jumpstarted earlier in the day. They immediately helped me test both my alternator and my battery to see if there were any issues or if the battery had just been drained by a light being left on or something. I was able to get in and out quickly with no appointment and have my questions answered (I don't know anything about cars). Thanks so much for the help and for being so friendly!”

“Unexpectedly needed to replace the battery in my car this past weekend. The first person I spoke to when I entered the store was Roberto, and he immediately jumped into the steps it would take to help me out. He said that I was lucky because he was supposed to leave an hour earlier and that there were extra set of hangs to help that evening.
The only annoying part was that my car was parked upstairs, after meticulously going through a tiny passage into the garage, and he told me to bring it back down to the street level, where there was absolutely no parking. I ended up situating in front of the blue space reserved for disabled drivers, thankfully no one needed to pull into it during the time it took Roberto to replace my battery.
He was quick as it looked like this was the three thousandth time he had done this that day. He was also thorough, as he had performed a courtesy check on my alternator, which turned out okay.
The only negative thing was having to bring down my car back down to the street level, as it seemed there was plenty of room in the upstairs garage to perform the battery change. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars!”

Juan was very helpful in suggesting options of different batteries to purchase. Miguel was exceptional in his ability to install the new battery. Both were very knowledgeable and very professional. Miguel also went the extra mile by testing my alternator and starter to see if those parts were working properly. Thank you for making this a great experience. “I was having breakfast in the area where I walked past here and noticed they had a O’Reilly Auto Parts location in the area. I was in need of a specific item for my brand new car and saw at first glance they had what I was looking for. The store is very organized and clean with items categorized by sections. Everything is mostly in stock and in display, you can ask the staffs directly to see if they have any inventory available if you do not see what you are looking for. The staffs here are very friendly, well trained, professional and understanding where my visit was a satisfying and issue free one. I highly recommend this place to all automobile enthusiasts, if you are in need of something for your vehicle just like me or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out.
