Eric, specifically, could NOT have been any more accommodating with the repair of a family car. Eric’s assessment of the damage was very thorough, & he kept us informed every step of the way. He even picked up the car from our house when it was time to leave it at his shop for a few days! Now, THAT is rare customer service! The completed job was perfect, & I mean PERFECT. This family business has been around since 1994 at their location. I can see why they’ve been around for over 31 yrs; they take pride in their work & it SHOWS. Thank you!”

“The team at Fix Auto took my car in around the holidays 2025. The work was not too crazy, but I had smashed the front of my Lexus RX 350 pretty good requiring the hood and front end plastic to all be replaced. Since it was Christmas my kids were home from college and we needed the car badly. The owner said she would do what they could to get it to me right away. They were very friendly. Well, in short, they did and I received my car back in a week. Thank you Fix Auto! You did a great job!”

“My husband got into an accident and I was driving my baby around with a hideous dent and finally insurance referred me to this shop. They did an excellent job my baby girl looks just like how she did when I first got her. At first I was upset about how long it took for my car to be ready but my husband reassured me that it’s common amongst body shops. My only reason for a 4 star review is because when I requested a quote on a small dent I got from someone who hit my car and left, they quoted me $1200, which I felt was a lot for something so small. But overall I had a good experience. The front desk lady was very helpful and patient with me. Also, just wanted to publicly apologize for being so mad at them for taking so long. But definitely worth it. I appreciate that they wanted the job to be done perfectly. And it was.”

“Great service! Phil was very responsive. I had reached out through Yelp about some scratches on the car's bumper and he responded right away. I sent him a picture of the damage and he gave me my options and the cost for each option, which I really appreciated. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, Phil was ready to work on the car immediately. I was grateful that I didn't have to wait since I had a tight timeline that day. He was able to get rid of most of the scratches, but some of the scratches were a little too deep, which he had already forewarned me after he saw the picture. However, if I was just walking past the car, I wouldn't notice that there were scratches there before. All in all, Phil did a great job and I would definitely take my other cars to him when I need detail work again.”

The job was done in less than a week. All of the employees were professional and focused on customer service. Their pricing was great as well. This is the best auto shop I have ever been to.
