“I scraped my car really bad while staying the weekend in SF and needed the car repaired quickly as I was leaving the city the day after. They quoted me and originally said it would take 2-4 days, but when I told them my situation they said they could get it to me by the next day and quickly started working on my car. I brought my car in Saturday morning, and they repaired the damage by afternoon the next day, which means they came in to work on it even on their day off. The car looked brand new, and they even fixed some previous scratches I had on my car for free. I am so grateful for the people at Bismark, they are wonderful, do great work, and they try their best to accommodate your needs. Thank you guys so much!”

I was so frustrated with my car accident situation that I vented a bit to one of the Alioto's staff (Chiara), and they listened compassionately, and even added some advice around how to handle the insurance and claim. My car looked great after the repairs were completed, my car was cleaned and looked better than ever. The customer service here is easily 110%. Even when a few unforeseen issues popped up after the initial repair, the team didn't just walk away—they stepped up. They worked directly with my insurance provider, AAA, to ensure everything was handled properly and that my car was brought back to the condition it should be in. It’s rare to find a shop that stands by their work with this level of accountability and dedication.
While they had my Model S, they also performed an inspection on our 2020 Tesla Model X. My wife dropped off both vehicles, and she couldn't stop talking about how courteous and professional the team was throughout the entire process.

Took my Hyundai Tucson in for diagnostics and as others mentioned, Ray and his team were super thorough with pictures and a list of what was wrong that could wait or needed urgent attention. The team didn't take any further action until I gave them the ok and were transparent the whole time. I'll absolutely be returning the next time I need a car repairs!”

Really appreciate the attention to detail and also the car wash done in addition to the repairs. I do notice some cosmetic differences between the broken OEM side mirror and the replacement mirror they used, but all electrical/tilting functions work just as well as before, if not better.”
