“I originally visited Autonation in Hayward to finalize my purchase. I have to admit that I left hastily upon learning that I'd have to submit a credit application even though I told the Sales Rep about being pre-approved w/ my CU. He never informed me about the 'backup' contract process, nor did he work on my accessory requests. I was ready to drive that Lunar Rock TRD Off Road Prem off the lot but he left a sour taste in my mouth. Headed to Putnam Toyota soon thereafter and frankly that place felt like a ghost town. I finally went back to City Toyota after all of that and was greeted by Isaac whom was directed by Lawrence, my initial point of contact.
