“I am a local who lives in SF. I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise rent a car for years. I believe "If it's not broke, don't fix it." Just like the innovative and less costly prices on car rental such as zip cars or Priceline apps; you can't pay someone to treat you with kindness and respect. I had a hard time yesterday trying to find the location to pick up my vehicle. When I called and told Gabe about my problem, he quickly said he will send someone to pick me up. I was so grateful to have my stress and anxiety solved. Then I met the other great team members such as Jason and Ben; who took the time to share all the specials and offers to me to make sure I was satisfied. When my vehicle was not available, they offered me a better one for the same price. I don't know about you, but it feels great to be a happy camper. It was fast, easy, and convenient. Especially from the airport. You're missing out if you don't chose Enterprise...hassle free..”
