“I’m not really the type of person to write reviews, but this company is so outstanding I almost feel like it’s my civic duty to let my local community know that they should be running all of their phone issues past these two guys before making any hasty decisions! And the biggest reason why I’m saying this is because they were able to fix my very messed up phone after two other places refused to do so (while also trying to pressure me into buying a new phone through them). And the second reason why I swear by this company is because of the integrity I’ve witnessed them display (with myself but also with other customers too) during my many visits to their office. On multiple occasions I’ve heard them state that the phone has to be properly working per their own standards before they can accept payment and that’s so refreshing to see these days! Most people just want to take your money and rush you out the door, ya know? So yeah, these are some truly good, stand up dudes who do absolutely outstanding work… so before you go buying yet another new phone make sure you can’t do a quick fix to hold onto the one you got for a little bit longer, even if only for the sake of our environment, k? And this place could easily be the shop that charges the most (because of the quality of work they do) and yet they’ve always been the cheapest every time I’ve price shopped them! So yeah, I first heard about Shakeel the phone repair guy from a close friend, so make sure to always tell your own friends about him, too! It is of all of our best interests to keep this company around for as long as possible because sometimes buying a new screen for $100 is a lot more doable than dropping $1000+ on a whole new phone and that’s real! Shakeel & Hassan, I truly adore you dudes, but hopefully you won’t have to see me again for at least a little while this time (even though I’m such a major klutz, I know)! “I have a vintage 1958 tube Philco TV that needed repair. It is nearly impossible to find a certified technician, that is not only familiar with these old TV sets, but also who has an extensive experience in their repair, even in the San Francisco Bay Area. Michael and his team were able to identify the problems, order the necessary tubes and outdated electronic parts, mainly from Europe, where they are still available, and appropriately service the TV. Michael explained from the outset that it would take some time as the parts needed to be ordered from overseas distributors. It was definitely worth the wait, as the final result was really impressive! The TV set works better than ever. I would unreservedly recommend A+ electronics for any TV repair job.”

“Michael and Henry provide great customer service. Came in with a phone that wasn't reading the SIM card. They noticed right away that it might have been an issue with the expanding battery causing a loose wire connection to the SIM card tray. The battery was replaced and although I still had issues, Michael was willing to spend extra time to take it apart to inspect it again. The issue was finally resolved when I got a new SIM card from my phone carrier. “As someone has already said, Osasu rocks. My Canon laser printer was leaving large trails of yellow toner on every copy. Osasu clearly explained how laser printers work, and where there can be problems. He fixed the problem with the random yellow marks, and took care of connectivity problems we were having with a newly installed mesh network, again with a smooth competency and an ability to explain what was happening and how to fix it in the future. Osasu is very personable and very knowledgeable. It's fabulous to have someone whose rates are reasonable, response is nearly instantaneous, and is competent.”

“I was in need to repair my iPhone 12 Pro screen, it got a green line on the left side of the screen, and it cant turn on sometimes after I accidentally dropped it. I was in need to get it fixed, and Apple store took long time and more expensive to do, so I decided to bring it in to Gadget World. The staff was really nice and helpful, and offered me a great price, and fixed it for me with 30 minutes. It works like brand new now. I am very pleased with the services. “Honestly the best AV repairmen I've encountered in decades. I'm very impressed and I'll bring another vintage amp for service next month.I have a 1978 Concept 11.0 receiver that was overheating. It's a vintage high-current monster receiver with a wood case and chrome front. The manufacturer went bankrupt in 1983 and there's no repair information. But it's beautiful and has an excellent tone with my Klipsch fortes.I'd previously brought it to a different shop ("Champ" in the East Bay, which was a year+ and over $1k disaster - he couldn't fix it, broke a knob, caused an awful acrid burning smell and even sprayed cologne to try to hide it. Lesson learned!) but the amp was still lighting resistors on fire. I gave up for a year and assumed I was going to have to part it out. I made an offer to buy another Concept 11.0 and the owner said he'd gotten his repaired at Pro AV. So I decided to give Pro AV a chance but was prepared to buy this other unit if I had to.Pro AV found the problem that the other shop couldn't and fixed it in just 2 months for a fraction of what I'd paid the other guy. I honestly didn't think this amp could run as cool or as quiet as it does now. I'd just assumed it ran hot by design. And the smell is gone so my wife is happy.I couldn't give a more enthusiastic recommendation for these guys. They did excellent work for a very fair price.”
