“I had a great experience with Neel. My PC was acting weird, crashing, and I feared that my data was lost. I was a luddite in a panic. He came to my place in San Mateo on short notice the day before Thanksgiving, for which I was grateful. He diagnosed the problem, installed new equipment that he brought with him, and sorted everything out. He answered all my dumb questions, set up better antivirus and password programs at my request, and got me an external backup drive. I now have confidence that everything is optimized and protected. What a relief!

“Had my screen replaced here and it turned out to be defective. Aside from it freezing, scrolling on its own and switching apps by itself… the screen just fell out one day as I picked my phone up! I brought it back in as soon as I was able to which was about 6 weeks later. The guy that fixed couldn’t believe that the screen just fell out and thought I broke it. I explained to him what happened and reminded him that I called to report the freezing issue a week after but could not come back sooner. He said he could not warranty it. I said ok I’ll pay for it but I need it fixed. I’m an honest person and the phone is worth to me more than the money or wasting time arguing. I left it there and came back a few hours later. He fixed my screen and said no charge. I’m not sure what happened but I think he figured out that the screen was defective and didn’t charge me again. The whole interaction and service was polite and cordial with no attitude. This review is not about the money or services but the fact that they honored the warranty and replaced it even though it was a manufacturer defect. That says a lot about a business and their integrity. I’ll be back for all my repairs and be sure to recommend them.”
“Needed my Galaxy Z Fold 7 external screen replaced. They were able to order the OEM part in advance and when I brought it in the repair was done in 40 minutes and they even replaced my screen protector that had been on before the break. Solid work and phone screen is as good as new.”

“Elbert was on the pricier side of what I saw quoted, but it's hard to overstate how great this was. My phone was extremely dead, and not only did Elbert fix it, but he was done within a couple of hours with a major repair.As I said, it was a little pricy but it was well worth it. everywhere else talked about several days to fix, while Elbert got it done in a few hours. And he picked it up and dropped it off.10/10, while I hope I never need his services again, he's going to be my first choice.”
“This place is extremely honest when it comes to determining if they can repair your equipment. My Cambridge Audio AXR100 stereo receiver failed and I was looking for it to be repaired. After talking with Sheldon, he advised me that it would not be cost effective to repair this AXR100 unit. He was really informative and gave me great advice. I really appreciate this place!!!”

“I am writing to share a great review regarding the Allstate coverage for my electronics.
My Sony DVD player stopped working with a DVD stuck inside. I contacted Allstate via e-mail and I was provided instructions as to how to try to resolve the issue. After spending approximately a half hour following the instructions, the issue was not resolved, therefore Allstate sent me a 98% of the purchase refund. The refund check came within a week.
I have been very impressed with the protection provided for my devices and wanted to express my satisfaction with the service.”
“My camera broke unexpectedly while my friend was visiting, and it was really important to me to get it working again. Unfortunately, it was already past 8 pm and all the usual tech stores were closed, so we were running out of options.
Thankfully, we found this place as a last resort and I’m so glad we did. The man who helped us was incredibly kind and went out of his way to fix the issue, even though he later mentioned that he actually dislikes working on cameras. Despite that, he still took the time to help us, and we were able to pick it up an hour later.
