“I received excellent service from Evan of Mobile Fix today, May 18, 2026. I upgraded my ancient iPhone to a 13 mini (I wanted the small size) and brought him the “factory sealed, new in box” one I had purchased on eBay which was the only place I found that was selling new phones. It wouldn’t charge so I returned it and bought a “renewed” one from Amazon. He did the data transfer efficiently, including calling my network provider and transacting that part. He is polite and pleasant to work with. His rates are reasonable. I will use his services again.”

“Teddy was great!! I have a Sansung S10 and needed a new battery. No one else could help, claiming that they could not get a battery. Not Teddy. He said he would have to order it. I met with him on the 6th of August and he had my new battery by the 10th, he let me know it would take an hour to replace the battery. I said I would wait, would bring a book. I went in on the 11th and read my book in the chair in the lobby, relaxing in the chair. And, it took only 45 min!! The location is a bit difficult to find, but it was worth the drive from Belmont and time it took to find the location. I am very pleased with the customer service and Teddy. [Easiest way to find him is take Sneath off of El Camino.]”

“I am writing to share a great review regarding the Allstate coverage for my electronics.
My Sony DVD player stopped working with a DVD stuck inside. I contacted Allstate via e-mail and I was provided instructions as to how to try to resolve the issue. After spending approximately a half hour following the instructions, the issue was not resolved, therefore Allstate sent me a 98% of the purchase refund. The refund check came within a week.

My screen on my laptop was damaged beyond repair and he was able to source me a new laptop that was resonably priced, and then reinstalled all my files and data onto to the new laptop.
