“What great service! Especially for an online order. A different online retailer decide not to tell me that a key part of a birthday present for my wife, Nutscene Garden Twine, was back ordered, which I only discovered because it didn't ship after 4 or 5 days. Scrambling, I found Arch Art Supplies had some in stock. Unfortunately the color I chose was out of stock but instead of leaving me hanging Arch Art reached out directly to ask me if one of the other colors would be ok and then quickly got it shipped to me...with a couple of days left till the birthday! It was a small order but they went out of their way to provide great service....can't thank them enough...and can't wait to visit the shop in person.”

“I pick up a new kit every time I walk in here! Always something new, his stock is always rotating. I don't think I've seen the same kit on his shelves twice. Everything from entry grade to perfect grade unleashed, and reasonable prices (especially with the additional 25% off). Not just Gunpla, but also kits from Evangelion, One Piece, DBZ, Star Wars, and others. Keep in mind, it is primarily a Gunpla store if you're looking for anything else. The staff also has given me great advice on my builds, as well!”

“As a knife enthusiast I felt in Heaven in this small, family owned shop. Although small in size, they have great selection of knives, including custom, rare collectable models and discontinued models as well . Keep in mind not all knives are displayed on their website, so, if you have chance, visit them. I spent great time during the 5 days I was in SF and I would say I made some friends. Great service from the owners and from the staff. Very helpful, very knowledgeable.”

“We've always seen this colorful kite shop that you can't miss on Grant Ave. It is happy, fun, and full of kites, toys, and more. We've stopped by for souvenir pennies outside in front of the store. But, our last visit I saw beautiful Chinese new year lanterns in the window. I really liked it and hadn't seen this specific decoration anywhere in the 5+ stores I had already been to in Chinatown earlier that day. It is a beautiful red lantern decoration with velvet and sequins on it. I bought one to take home.
Once I got home, I soon realized I wanted to get 4 more and hang them on my stairway. SF is at least an 1hr+ drive each way for me, so I called their store to see if they could ship it to me. They took my info and charged me for the lanterns and shipping. Albert, the owner, shipped it the next day. They shipped it on Monday and we received it on Tuesday! Probably because we live relatively close, but I really appreciated the fast and accurate shipping! They also packaged the lanterns well and carefully.

“Hands down my new favorite game store!
I’m totally new to Magic: The Gathering, and Paxton was awesome. He took the time to walk me through how the game works, the different mechanics and formats, and how to get started. He even hooked me and my wife up with Spider-Man welcome decks and showed me how to play with them, super chill and kind.
I also grabbed two of my favorite Lorcana character cards (Mufasa and Bagheera). They’ve got a huge selection of single cards (which is rare in SF), plus tons of comics, collectibles, and a super clean, spacious setup for games and events.
I’m a big Final Fantasy XVI fan too, and when I casually (just in passing) mentioned I’d been hunting for a foil Ifrit card from Hidden Legends, Paxton just calmly walked over to some card drawers, and actually found one for me right there on the spot - I couldn’t believe it! I picked up a sweet hidden legends booster pack too (which I could not find anywhere else in city).
Just moved to the Bay in April, and Anime Imports is 100% a spot I’ll be coming back to and frequenting lot. Big thanks to Paxton for being so friendly and knowledgeable.”

“An associate helped me quickly find what I was looking for; time is money. I also liked the self-checkout kiosk. I think the checkout out person at the desk should point out to customers that self-checkout is available the minute they see a line developing or they have a customer with lots of questions. They had one person at checkout and the customer had a lot of problems that needed attention. I was glad I didn't have to wait. Michael's is a great store.”
“My partner and I usually stop by this card shop whenever we go to Stonestown, and it’s become one of our favorite places to visit. Both staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I always seem to have amazing luck pulling cute hits from the most random packs, and whenever I pull something special, they always give me a free card sleeve to help protect it. It’s such a thoughtful gesture that really shows they care about their customers. Great service, great atmosphere, and always a fun experience. Highly recommend!”
“My favorite sports card store in town! The card collection is huge - Topps cards, Panini, pokemon cards, sports memorabilia, even candy from my childhood! Real nostalgic feel and warm friendly staff that take the time and get to know you by first name, my family loves coming here for that. They also have sports players come out and sign autographs too which me and family love.”
