“I had a great experience at Bassett. Ninette was very helpful as we explored options for a sofa I wanted. They have many fabrics to choose from, and the one we selected works great in my room. The sofa was delivered today by a clean and efficient crew. It looks great. I also purchased a unique looking table there. It's fun to browse the different "rooms" that are set up in the store. I was provided with email updates on the sofa making process and delivery which was very appreciated.”

Julio was very attentive and after we made our purchase he's texted us to check in before the delivery and after the delivery. I would definitely recommend Julio to anyone who wants good service with lots of info and little pressure. He gave us lots of info and answered all of our questions. He also gave us lots of time on our own to think and discuss our decision about the bed. Julio also helped guide us in decisions based on his suggestions on things that we didn't know a lot about and things that we wouldn't haven't even thought of too.”
