“I placed an online order for a gift for my son. They had alot of orders this week, so my package didn't ship for a few days.
What did they do? They gave me complimentary 2nd day air shipping.
Im extremely thankful for the gesture and will be doing my shopping here from now on!
Thank you guys so much!”
“Small gift shop with lots of cute, curated goods! I was able to purchase some goodies for friends. They also had tiny prints each available for $1 in quarters. You can Venmo the store and they will give you quarters for the machine!”
“I just bought three rugs from here and they were beautiful, and well priced for what they are. I’m chemically sensitive and most rugs off gas from the chemicals used either in the fiber or in the glue or in the backing. So I need all natural rugs. That can get very expensive very fast.
They had a wonderful selection and great service. Very easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone.”
“Great Antiques and good pricing if you keep on coming back. Every few weeks, there's a markdown so you might get lucky. I got lucky today with extra 10% discount.”
“I love this plant store because all the plants are so healthy and the Staff is very helpful.
I got great advice and my purchases were wrapped up so that I could manage them for my walk home. Such a positive experience!
I also bought pots which were very reasonably priced. Everything in one small business which is one of many reasons it is great to live and shop locally in San Francisco !”

“We were able to get the exact sectional we wanted w Richard’s help and great customer service, despite being in Wisconsin. Our local furniture store carries Jonathan Louis furniture but for some reason could not secure the one we wanted. We’re thankful to Richard for making it happen all the way across the country. Our living space is so comfortable and beautiful since we added it to our home early this year.”
“I am so glad I discovered DCopperplus. Their inventory is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship of the wide variety of different items throughout the store are exceptional. I couldn’t leave that store without a pair of earrings and ring. I promised myself that I would be back for something else.”
“sometimes the best day of your life is at a lamp shop on Divisadero!!!!!!! sometimes it’s important to keep faith in the halogen desk lamp that sputtered out. don’t try to do it yourself. go bring it to Yury himself. good men at this shop. scrupulous men. handsome men. thank you, Yury. 5 stars.”
“my favorite store in SF!!!! a beautiful selection of home goods, body care, and clothing. the staff are so warm and welcoming, it’s literally such a joyful experience to be here”

“Finally got around to getting new cushions for my Couch , So I rolled down to 18th St. and had a stellar experience with Gary at Cushion Works! He offers deep expertise, clear timelines, and a superior end product. I brought him three cushions from a 30-year-old couch that desperately needed new foam inserts.
Gary helped me determine the exact type and firmness I needed to breathe new life into a high-quality piece of furniture that has been with me for three decades. His work provides the perfect level of firm, consistent support that I needed as an over 60 year old lol!
The project was handled with clear communication and was completed exactly within the estimated timeframe. Gary is a master of his craft who understands that furniture is an investment in comfort. I would not hesitate to recommend Cushion Works to friends and family!”
“10/10 the sweetest, most loving, most affectionate diva, Nina/Nieves ✨️
...and the studio is nice too, I guess.
JUST KIDDING! ? Took a 4-week class and as someone with not the most confidence when trying new things, this was a really fun experience! The instructors are knowledgable and you can tell they have a great appreciation + passion for their craft.
Pet friendly as well! (Nina/Nieves is Mel's dog ?)
Super excited to see how my pieces turn out!”

“Luke Huang was very helpful! He helped me choose out a nice coffee table, and took the time to take it apart and package everything carefully so that I could take me home.
Great service, good selection of furniture, fast and easy transaction”
“Ahhhhmazing inventory! Brian is sooo creative and artistic and has a keen eye for quality unique vintage / antique pieces. He is an honest, accommodating, and professional merchant and provides expeditious and cost effective shipping. Additionally, Brian promptly responded to my phone messages and emails. As well, my vintage industrial floor lamp arrived timely, undamaged, and was packaged carefully and securely. The lamp was as described and pictured on the website. I highly recommend Brain and S16Home for the incredible inventory and exceptional customer service! 5*****buyer experience”

“This place is amazing. I can't tell you enough about it to give it justice. Also the staff is also amazing.
I moved to Miami and still order their essential oils and get daily compliments on how good I smell!
If I could give more than five stars I would. I do miss going into the store as they definitely have the vibe check down.
I am a customer for Life.”

“Like a scaled down version of big box home improvement stores... but feels local. You might not get the widest selection of what you're looking for but you'll find what you need. Staff are actually pretty friendly and helpful. I've been to other stores in the city where they get impatient with you if you're not a contractor. Central location was useful when I needed to run to get stuff for home reno projects.”
“Wonderful date activity! It was our first time attending and the teacher Teresa (also the business owner) was wonderful and it was so fun from beginning to end! And our candles were ready for pick up within a few hours to take home! Great date activity, no experience required!”
“My absolute go-to for the *best* selection of candles, apothecary, really affordable vintage goods, basically anytime I need a gift for a friend (or myself!) Foggy always comes through. Their staff is consistently so kind and helpful, and just genuinely cool and community-oriented. Can’t recommend highly enough!”

“There are so many cool facets about this store and it was very hard for me to leave! I felt very welcomed as i viewed everything in the store and it was just so nice in there”
“If you haven't stopped into Jessica's shop on Union Street, do yourself a favor and do it soon. It's not just a great spot for beautiful and unique gifts, but the know-customers-by-name small town vibe is just fantastic.”
“The final purchase to make our newly remodeled kitchen complete was the dining table and chairs. After scouring countless stores we found the perfect furniture at BoConcept SF. We decided on the New York dark oak wood veneer table with two luxurious leather Hamilton swivel chairs. The high quality, chic design, and comfort of these additions to our kitchen escalated the envisioned plan to its max. We had a great experience at the shop and appreciated Soren's patience and knowledge throughout the process. The delivery/assembly team was considerate and exceeded our expectations with their professionalism.
We can definitely recommend BoConcept and we will return to make future purchases.”
“I’m a licensed contractor and use to purchase building materials and tools from the Discount Builders Supply. I shop there 3, 4 times a day. The people who are working there are friendly and helpful. Every time when I get there I feel like meeting friends.
Richard, Nevenka, Sally, Marie, Kai, Bobby, Carman, Sergio, Myra… and many others. Well done!
I strongly recommend this business 👍🏻”

“I always love coming to Cliffs Variety. As someone who loves to craft, this store is paradise for me! They have amazing quality and affordable friendship bracelet thread. They also have paints, fabric, and so many more things for whatever arts and craft project you want to do. Visit Cliffs Variety and you won’t be disappointed!”
“Underrated crystal store! I went to 5 other crystal stores before this one and this was the best choice in my opinion. It’s off the beaten path and a lot quieter, which allowed me to focus better on my crystal shopping. Nice employee who helped me.”
“I visited in search of a new fitted sheet. The young lady who helped me was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, with a great sense of humor. I’m very pleased with the percale sheet she recommended.”
“I am thrilled with the selection here. Such a great variety and quality. There are interesting pieces that are actually still useful. They are also authentic in how they are sourced.
I’m not sure on their return policy but at least you are able to hold and check out the item before purchase!
The is exactly what I want in a home goods store.”
“I love this little shop. Every time I walk past, there’s something new a funny postcard, an artist-made mug, a rad hoodie. It’s not just the stuff they sell, but the vibe: very laid-back, welcoming, colorful. Came out with more than I planned, but zero regrets.”

“One of the best Incense vendors in USA. Seriously. They have very high quality incense, especially for people who don’t like the incense because it’s ‘Smokey’ - that’s because most incense sold is low quality.
The lady who runs the store guides you through the collection and has great tips on how to get the best out of incense.
Great for gifts as many of the products have lovely packaging.
One of the best finds when in San Francisco.”
“We visit this store every time we are in sf. They have a wide variety and the best prices. The owner is very kind, professional and knowledgeable of his products. This shop is my favorite to visit and I always buy more to bring home a piece of sf with us.”
“Inga was a great help in selecting fixtures for an entire home while we were preparing it for sale last year. She made what could have been an overwhelming task so much easier, with her expert suggestions. I know from experience there is a lot that can go wrong with selecting light fixtures... from not enough light, to wrong scale, and more. Inga kept us from making costly mistakes, and the project turned out great. The customer service was excellent, and there's nothing like being able to see the actual fixtures in person at the store before you order them. Inga helped us pick out at least 12 sets of lights, and we didn't have to return or change any of them. When a glass shade was broken for one of the fixtures, she got us a replacement quickly. I highly recommend using Inga's design services. For a larger project like ours, she might visit your site in person. Otherwise, you will need to send her photos.”

“The ladies here are absolutely beautiful wonderful and awesome and have the kindest souls. This store has almost every type of crystal and rock you can think of. From rocks to herbs and sage and candles to clothing and books. This is one of my most favorite stops in San Francisco on Haight st. The customer service and all around vibe in the store is wonderful. I recommend going here and I can almost guarantee you will come out of the store with a lifted attitude and spirit. There's also a space where you can sit and meditate! Super awesome!”
