Number two, they have accommodated every request I have made with the Engagement Ring I purchased from them. I recommend building your own ring with the "loose" diamonds like I did. Makes it a much more enjoyable experience and you get to create the ring you can afford. Number three, I had a small diamond pop out of my Fiancés ring... (keep in mind her ring has 39 diamonds on it.. so it's bound to happen) they replaced it and got it back to me polished with the same look it had the day I bought it. I will continue to bring my business here. I am a local in the San Mateo area and my fiancé gets non-stop compliments from her ring.
