Christian has been helping my family with our vehicles for a few years, but this was my first time bringing in my son's car. I explained our situation, my son was home from college, had been involved in an accident, and needed his rear door repaired as quickly as possible. We only had one week before he had to leave, and we didn't want him leaving without his car.
Christian was incredibly helpful. He took our budget and timeline into consideration, explained our options, and helped us choose the best solution. Once we made a decision, he had a replacement door sourced and installed within the same week. Even more impressive, the car was in and out of the shop in just one day!
The car looks amazing, almost like new. I am beyond impressed with the quality of work and the excellent customer service. We will absolutely continue bringing our vehicles here, and I highly recommend this business to all of my friends and family.”

“Today is July 10 appointment at 11 AM. When check in at 10:58am. And ask when can I pick up my car. Oil change 30 min, change two tire 30 min, alignment 90 min. So that's 2 1/2 hrs. So do I come back in 2 1/2 hrs. No he said come 31/2 hrs. Ok so I when at 2:15 and ask is my car ready to pick up. So they checked and told is not ready yet... ok so should I come in 15 minute... nope the car is still outside not in the shop. I how much long do I need to wait. They he tell me oil 30 tire 30 al 90. Again but I my appointment is like 3 hrs ago. Is not your turn yet..... and then the other stuff said is not our problem we only in the front. Then ok can I just do alignment and not do the tire and the oil change.( Oh I need pick my kids for at 3:30 and it is 30 away) Then I ask for my keys back. And have to ask 3 times. .....

I don't get a day off every week.
I don't like to make appointments cus I don't want to miss them.
That's it my day off. And planned a while for me to get a day off to do this.
If it needs the whole days to do this you should let me know. So I can choose to use mine whole days just to do this or go some where else. I know shit happens but not like this.

“I ended up with a flat tire at 1am in San Francisco. The tire was completed busted and came off the rim the car was not driveable at all. I had the tow truck tow me to the nearest tire place that would be open in the morning on a Sat, Larkin Bros Tire.

I came back there as soon as they opened at 8am. The owner helped me and looked up the tire size and type and informed me that they didnt have it in stock, and that there are no deliveries on Sat.

He then went the extra mile to look through their used tire inventory but could not find any match. He then called around 2 delivery places and asked if they would make an exception and deliver on Sat, which didn't work out. He then called other tire shops that were nearby and found one that had the right tire in stock, told them to put aside the tire under my name and reserve appointment and handed off my business to them.

I got my car towed to the other tire shop. When I got there they already had my info and were ready to go and got everything taken care off within 2 hours.

Rarely do you see such courteous professionalism in auto repair industry. The guy at Larkin didn't have to do any of this, especially since I wasnt bringing him any business. But thanks to him going the extra mile my day got infinitely better, I wasn't lost. I thought my entire Saturday would be shot, or that I'd have to leave my car there till Mondat. Instead, I got the help I needed in record time and was able to get back to driving my vehicle by 11am.”

“A local dealership was recommending new brakes/ rotors and wanted to charge me a lot of money. Eddie inspected my brakes and showed me that I did not need new brakes/ rotors. He changed my transmission oil and finished the job before the quoted time. I will be going here for all my car needs. Thank you, Eddie and team. “Had a coolant leak in my radiator hose. I found Peter by searching for better prices than I was quoted for at Firestone. Peter took great care of my car from timeliness to quality work. He squeezed me in and changed my radiator hose and coolant same day and BEST PART at a GREAT price!

I have the misfortune to use the damage warranty, and it was a quick walk out to the car with the service writer to verify, and wrote up the replacement. I noticed torque specs clearly marked on paperwork, seamless TPMS management, and a clean, calm, and busy shop. Boba shop nearby is nice bonus while you’re waiting.”
