“Today is July 10 appointment at 11 AM. When check in at 10:58am. And ask when can I pick up my car. Oil change 30 min, change two tire 30 min, alignment 90 min. So that's 2 1/2 hrs. So do I come back in 2 1/2 hrs. No he said come 31/2 hrs. Ok so I when at 2:15 and ask is my car ready to pick up. So they checked and told is not ready yet... ok so should I come in 15 minute... nope the car is still outside not in the shop. I how much long do I need to wait. They he tell me oil 30 tire 30 al 90. Again but I my appointment is like 3 hrs ago. Is not your turn yet..... and then the other stuff said is not our problem we only in the front. Then ok can I just do alignment and not do the tire and the oil change.( Oh I need pick my kids for at 3:30 and it is 30 away) Then I ask for my keys back. And have to ask 3 times. .....
I don't get a day off every week.
I don't like to make appointments cus I don't want to miss them.
That's it my day off. And planned a while for me to get a day off to do this.
If it needs the whole days to do this you should let me know. So I can choose to use mine whole days just to do this or go some where else. I know shit happens but not like this.
