“I ended up with a flat tire at 1am in San Francisco. The tire was completed busted and came off the rim the car was not driveable at all. I had the tow truck tow me to the nearest tire place that would be open in the morning on a Sat, Larkin Bros Tire.

I came back there as soon as they opened at 8am. The owner helped me and looked up the tire size and type and informed me that they didnt have it in stock, and that there are no deliveries on Sat.

He then went the extra mile to look through their used tire inventory but could not find any match. He then called around 2 delivery places and asked if they would make an exception and deliver on Sat, which didn't work out. He then called other tire shops that were nearby and found one that had the right tire in stock, told them to put aside the tire under my name and reserve appointment and handed off my business to them.

I got my car towed to the other tire shop. When I got there they already had my info and were ready to go and got everything taken care off within 2 hours.

Rarely do you see such courteous professionalism in auto repair industry. The guy at Larkin didn't have to do any of this, especially since I wasnt bringing him any business. But thanks to him going the extra mile my day got infinitely better, I wasn't lost. I thought my entire Saturday would be shot, or that I'd have to leave my car there till Mondat. Instead, I got the help I needed in record time and was able to get back to driving my vehicle by 11am.”
