“Fix Auto in Castro Valley, CA was great to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We needed a fender repaired and they did an excellent job. It had to be painted and the paint matched perfectly. They finished the job on time and kept us informed throughout the process. The car was beautiful inside and out when we picked it up. My husband was very happy and so was I. I can recommend them whole heartedly. Hopefully we won't need them again too soon, but when we do they are definitely our go to place.”

“I was able to get my windshield replaced the very next day after calling to inquire about prices. Reasonably priced (cheaper than safelite) and the price included the lane departure sensor calibration. I was very pleased with my service, which ended up taking less time than expected. “If I could give more than 5 stars I sure would! After calling multiple places this was the best options for my budget about $200 less than their competitors and their services was even better than the competition. It was a sunny day when they came to my job to do a whole windshield replacment then out of nowhere it started raining a TON! Somehow my windshield was replaced without any water getting into my car I have no idea how they did it, but dang they did a good job. it clearly wasn't the guy's first rodeo, but I cannot get over how he got this finished.”
“After a windshield recall, the Ford dealership broke my rearview mirror while reattaching it and refused to replace it and wasn't qualified to even fix it, saying it was aftermarket. I tried fixing it myself with strong adhesive, but it wouldn't hold.

“I got a chip in my windshield, and I tried filling it in myself with some glue I bought on Amazon.
Luckily, I didn’t mess up too badly, but I was nervous because every shop I called said they wouldn’t touch it because of the DIY attempt, and I am glad I decided to stop in while driving by Lynx and show the guys there.
He explained the pros and cons of DyI to me. And how I possibly avoided a significant expense by coming in.

“I had SUCH a great experience at this place. I had a windsheild already but the installation was crummy. I was told they'd do their very best to save the glass and charge to clean up the rusty leak and put the same glass back in. A couple of other places said no way they'd even attempt that and that I'd have to get a new one to the tune of a LOT more money, even if All Glass couldn't save the windshield and I needed to buy a new one!
I live 2.6 miles away and when they heard me about to Uber home, they offered me a ride. Now that is service I say!!!
When I came to get my car, the young man who fixed it showed me a video of before and after. I guess it had been leaking for a long while (I just bought the car) cuz it was pretty rusty. He cleaned up the whole thing for a really, really good and fair price. I was so impressed, I even offered him a tip, but he graciously declined and happy to do it.
