“I know some people don’t think they can do crossfit if they’re not perfectly in shape, but that’s not true at all! The trainers here are very open to adapting workouts for different ability levels or injuries. I’m glad I’ve tried this gym, even with my knee injury, I get a good workout, and I enjoy it!”

“I really like the Danville location itself. Very easy to find parking, the space feels more spread out, and I like the windows letting in natural light. Susan was our coach, and she was fantastic. Our front desk associate was Marley, and she was so helpful and kind. Facility and restrooms are also very clean. I would definitely come back to do an Orangetheory workout at the Danville location!”
“5 stars is not based on a luxurious high amenity gym. But rather the kindness and understanding people need from all staff. It’s not often people experience gratitude in day to day visits but these staff members do. Machine I use and need on my workout path are available and classes are easy to join. You’re not met with negativity or congregation of people who are taking up space but rather gym goers with their own fitness goals whom are there to do the work out.”
“I love the mix of cardio, strength and stretch at Spenga Danville. At the end of each session i come out energized and happy thanks to yoga.I have been coming here for 3 months, I feel stronger, energetic and happier. The owners and instructors are welcoming and a delight to talk with.Me and my spouse love spenga and thankful to be part of this community.”
