“So I had been trying to find CO2 for my soda stream system and most of the places in the area (I live in Vallejo) I tried to get my cannister replaced at were either too expensive or didn't have the food grade kind. Called and spoke with Scott, he said yup we have what you need and I was on my way to grab it. Had a great conversation with Scott and got my new cannister, the price was fair and the service and conversation were awesome. I would totally recommend US alloys. So this review is a little late in coming, I was having issues with google in leaving a review before, but all fixed.”

“We recently purchased a Fire Magic grill from Diablo Grills, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Rhonda was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the differences between the various high-end grill options. She thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each model, answered all of our questions, and helped us make an informed decision without any pressure.
What stood out most was how much effort she put into educating us so we could choose the grill that best fit our needs, rather than simply steering us toward the most expensive option. She also took the time to explain the service and warranty support behind the different brands. Knowing that the manufacturer has a local service technician available if we ever need assistance gave us tremendous confidence in our purchase and peace of mind that support would be readily available if needed.
Rhonda's expertise, patience, and professionalism made what could have been an overwhelming purchase a very enjoyable experience. It's rare to find someone who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping customers make the right decision.

I will say the one thing that I don't like about home Depot is the customer service of the availability of the associates I feel like I can never find anyone to help me when I need to find a specific item more staffing would be nice other than that everything else is enjoyable when visiting here.”
