“I had chain of beads that I needed to repair as one of the beads got disconnected. I took it to a shop in Pleasanton where the owner was rude and quoted me $40. I then took it to Design4U. The lady there was very friendly, fixed it within a few minutes and charged me just $10. I then looked at my chain and I couldn’t make out where the repair was done as it was flawless. I highly recommend this place for jewelry repair”
“What an awesome experience . My 11 year old son and I went in looking for a gift he could give me for Christmas (single mom life) we were greeted with such a professional and well spoken employee. “WOW, WOW, WOW... another great customer service experience at the jewelry department. I met Kimberly and Bobby. Two very nice ladies. I was here to consign a few of my jewelry pieces. While I was waiting, I saw a few items that caught my eyes. Kimberly showed me a pair of amazing ruby and diamond earrings. I immediately fell in love with them. I couldn't believe the price. “Simply wow. My wife has a simple diamond pendant on a platinum chain and the chain had broken. I went in out of curiosity to see if they would repair it and they fixed it while I waited - cleaned it too. And only charged $20. Will definitely be going here for repairs - hopefully none needed - and will look at their jewelry for gifts.”
