Labcorp is generally considered the best location in its area by some patients, who find the front desk staff pleasant and welcoming and the technicians gentle, kind, and efficient. The office is often described as quick, with short waits for walk-ins and nice workers. Many have had pleasant experiences overall. However, there have been significant recent problems. A new appointment-only policy has resulted in no available slots for weeks, forcing necessary frequent labs to be delayed and causing long walk-in waits. Staffing issues are a serious concern, with fears the location may close without more help. One recent bad experience involved unhelpful and impatient staff. An elderly patient was not assisted with the check-in machine, and an employee displayed frustration, handled pens unsanitarily, and was rushed and mumbling when drawing blood, raising their voice impatiently. This has left a bad taste despite past good service.
Out of all the Labcorps in the San Ramon/Danville area, this location is the best. The front desk staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. The techs who draw your samples are very gentle and kind. The office is efficient and quick.
