The doctors and nurse practitioner and other medical staff take time to listen and are always concerned for our well being. We've been going here for the past 5+ years and it's always been a very good experience for all of us. I recommend this facility without hesitation.”

“I can't express my gratitude enough for Dr Mielke. It. was only due to her diligence and thoroughness that my kid's pituitary tumor was discovered and we are finally getting some answers and hopefully help for many of the symptoms that he struggled with for years. We had seen many doctors before Dr Mielke, many psychiatrists, and none but she had the initiative to run the whole battery of tests, especially the complete hormonal panel that lead to this discovery. They've all chalked it up to depression and anxiety, without ever investigating for possible physical causes and just prescribing psychiatric meds. He could have suffered like this for years if not for her! I saw that some people might think that the tests she orders are excessive, but I beg to differ. Our experience just shows how important it is to have the whole picture! Dr Mielke and her staff are very professional, helpful and responsive to our various needs. Everything runs smoothly and is well organized in a patient's portal. The neurosurgeon that we saw recently, told my son that his doctor did a great job! We agree with that wholeheartedly!”

“???This is a one-person site, so expect some delays. Pang and Robert did a great job taking care of patients. My appointment was at 8:10, and I was seen around 8:20—which makes sense given that only one person is managing everything.
If you have an appointment, you will be helped, but it’s not realistic to expect to be seen earlier than your scheduled time. They’re doing the best they can with limited staffing.
Giving 5 stars because they’re truly great at what they do, and honestly, it’s much better having them here than not at all!”

“From the moment I walked in, Christina made me feel comfortable and cared for. She was kind, patient, and gentle, and took the time to explain everything before starting. I tend to be nervous with blood draws, but her calm presence and reassuring attitude made all the difference. The draw itself was quick and nearly painless. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would trust her again without hesitation This was one of the best Labcorp visits I’ve had, and I highly recommend her as well as Bianca.”
“Quick and seamless walk-in experience. My only minor issue was that the technician took some time to find my vein while the needle was already in which was slightly uncomfortable.”
“Went to Labcorp Lafayette without an appt. to see if labs request had been received from Physician. Sarah assisted me as no request was in the system. She contacted my PCP to send the request. Sarah was great! Very helpful and cheerful.”
“After waiting over an hour with an appointment at quest in San Leandro and hearing from a guy in the waiting room who goes weekly and said they are always running late, I now realize how good Dublin’s location is. There was no wait when I went to Dublin last week, and the nurse was polite and efficient. I will drive the 20 minutes to Dublin next time even tho the quest in San Leandro is three blocks from my house.”

“I went to this labcorp location twice in the last two weeks. Both times I had excellent experiences. I didn’t have appointments and the wait times were minimal. If the first time I got there 15 minutes before opening and I was second in line. Not much wait. The second time I went just before closing and again hardly much waiting. Both lab techs were super kind and skilled. What a pleasant experience!”
“I actually like this place for the following reasons: Easy check in with ID card and insurance card. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The nurse was so friendly and professional.”
“This location is so much better than their others in the area. Had a 2:45 appointment, arrived about 2:30 and checked in. Had my blood drawn and was done at 2:45.
Much less crowded, with plenty of seats in the waiting area, and well organized. A reasonably new facility.
Of course this was on a Monday. No telling how crowded they might be on a Saturday.”

Everything went smoothly and I was seen exactly at the time of my schedule appointment. All the staff that I interacted with were very professional and polite.”

“I love going to the Quest Lab inside Safeway at 2505 San Ramon Valley Blvd. San Ramon, Ca.! The phlebotomist, Joe, really knows what he is doing. I never even feel a pinch as he draws blood. He is efficient, fast and friendly. The lab is always clean and there is never a wait!”
“The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very friendly & kind. They were running behind on appointments & the TV screen wasn't working. Some patients were a bit stressed because of that but the staff handled communication with all of us with grace & clarity.”

“Took my 9yo there and had no problems whatsoever. We had an appointment. The front desk person was perfectly competent and was also the phlebotomist for us (they have more than one). She was great with kids, and very nice, and did a painless job. My daughter had a great experience and I’m so thankful. Place could use a paint job and some updating, but there’s no problem with it.”
