Jodie of the shop offered me several options (like lLexus vs after-market parts and others); even went so far as offering a money-saving way that she immediately helped on the spot to fix the problems by some trimmings and fastening, and her service was all complimentary. It’s the most friendly and helpful labor service I’ve ever received and any shop could’ve ever provided. Jodie and her shop deserve the five-star rating. Thanks so much.”
“They always have had what I needed. The friendly staff answers questions and offers to help out if you’re struggling with something like unscrewing at tight cap to change a bulb or install a body clip. You can get cheaper prices online, but the service here is worth it. Parking is always available. This is my go-to place for auto parts in Davis.”

I should note that my case was complicated and that I had many questions and concerns. They explained everything patiently and thoroughly (just like they did 3 years ago when we lived in Davis and had a previous accident), and repaired my Prius so that it looks brand new.
