Hii I am the girl who sent 2 luggage (in a box each) to Washington DC from the Davis UPS store here, I sent it on 03/20/2026,I even wrote the survey for the staffs in charge of me and this google maps review too. The luggage were big and it was across the nation, so I payed $501.89 total, including all the insurances. The thing is its been 11days since then but I never got any tracking emails nor texts, and I called you since yeaterday for 15times but you won't answer. Now I'm seriously concerned what is going on and when will I be able to get my luggagesTT would u pls respond?”

“Incredible customer service, quick and speedy! My wedding is in a few months and I have been ordering things from Amazon like crazy, which also means I've been returning a ton of stuff. The employees at this UPS store are always so patient, even when I bring in tons of items to process and return. They are all very nice and help each other as well, seems like a nice working environment. I've always had a pleasant experience here. Love how easy it is to use their services.”

“I have never had an one single problem with my UPS store here in Woodland, CA. The employees are respectful and extremely quick! I once went in to drop off a package and there was about 20 people that had lined up all about the same time and they got through the entire crowd in less than 10 minute, which actually is incredible especially because the have great teamwork amongst themselves, I overheard them asking each other question then quickly showing them how to do it in a nice manner. So overall this is always a 10 out of 10 experience at UPS.”
