All of them are truly pleasant, nice people, but I do want to give a shout-out to Cindy who is particularly off the charts when it comes to welcoming me, with or without my dogs, seeing her when I walk in always brings a smile to my face. “Amazing service!! My daughter wanted a hamster (under my supervision). We went to Petco after we had the worst customer service at pet supplies. We were greeted when we came in. My daughter picked out a cage and food and we had questions on the different types of hamsters. The kind human that helped us gave us the information we needed to decide we would like the bigger hamster. We were allowed to meet the hamster in person before we bought the hamster. After we chose the hamster we wanted we were helped with choosing the right size cage and accessories. Such wonderful customer service. Sadly I didn't catch the amazing human that helped us but we appreciate them and will start doing our shopping at Petco I love the fact that they actually cared about our questions and helped us every step of the way.”
