It was a great relief when the helpful clerk at the Stovepipe Wells General Store took me to the motor oil shelf and helped me find what I needed. While they didn't have all kinds of motor oil, they had something close enough for me and more variety than the Furnace Creek General store did (I checked their stock later out of curiosity). While the price for the oil was relatively high, it was not unreasonable given the store's remoteness.”
