“Incredible service and expertise. I started my day with a computer that would not fire up. Went to another big brand electronics store. I got no where and no answers or solutions.
As soon as I arrived at PC repair I was promptly greeted and helped. No crazy long wait or appointment needed.
They solved my problem in 5 minutes and did not try to up sale me anything crazy. I was hoping to support their business by purchasing my replacement charger but since they didn’t have any in-stock, they took the time to confirm I was ordering the right online . Great integrity.”

“Had two old cell phones and looked up where to sell them. PCS connection came up and I read the reviews. Seemed like a good honest place, and indeed they proved it. R8ght whem I called to ask if they boufht used phones the man told me they do but I'd probably get a better price on offerup, etc. I just wanted to be rid of my old phones and so I brought them in. After looking over my phones, he told me they were so old that he could only give me ten bucks and so I told him to just give me $5. I'm not starving and I was heartened by one of his reviews where a lady complimented them on being helpful and patient and generous. And now I know where to go for cell phone repairs and maybe I'll go here first when I need a new phone.”

“This is just my experience with the individuals working there. After helping me over the phone and going over pricing I went in. The pricing changed since my particular model couldn't be repaired so easily. After weighing the cost of the repair she immediately started pulling up other options. New/Used models were too similarly priced compared to the repair costs and ultimately was the deciding factor on whether i upgrade or not. Again i didn't get a repair but the personnel are both professional and experienced. If I ever have another issue I'd definitely go back.”
