“I have been with both Fidelity and Vanguard for over 25 years. I find Fidelity way better for service, expertise, and lack of mistakes. I have had 4 reps at this office over 25 years. Mostly very good. Current rep (Michael Green) outstanding. Super helpful and not chasing commissions. One of the 3 previous reps was a big shot frequently offering me high commission products I didn’t need.
