Being a loyal customer for over 30 years from the Beverly Hills location to now in La Jolla. What stands out about City National is several reasons. One the customer service you get from customer service to branch tellers. If you are a person who is looking for bank calls you by your name not a like number then you are in the best hands money can buy. I truly love the customer service that I get from every branch you visit. Thank you always to Amy and her entire staff. From the minute you step foot into the branch to the minute you leave the branch. Also the big plus you have private parking right next to the bank also private lot parking.”
