“I've used Windvest to fund 3 projects as of the writing of this review. Each time the level of customer service was beyond expectation. They work quickly and make it very easy to do business with them.Our first transaction with them was for a small (14 unit) apartment complex in Tennessee. Our traditional lender had been promising a closing date that would match with the seller's expectations. That date slipped, and then slipped again. The seller would no longer allow us to extend the time to close. We had to complete the transaction or lose the property. Andre and his team had us closed with just 8 days notice - a minor miracle when it comes to cross-country commercial lending!”

We went out of country and didn't have to pay any ATM fees to withdraw cash.Service was excellent. They always have cookies and such. This was before COVID though. “I spent a lot of time trying to get a cash out refinance on a home I purchased through my LLC. This was nearly impossible without first taking it out of my LLC and then put it back at a later date (or so I was told by so many financial institutions).
