“Excellent service! I got my student loans refinanced here at an incredibly low rate. The process was easy and quick. There are no ATM fees when you bank with them. No ATM fees worldwide! We went out of country and didn't have to pay any ATM fees to withdraw cash.Service was excellent. They always have cookies and such. This was before COVID though. Now they don't serve any :(.Make sure you bank with them!”

Being a loyal customer for over 30 years from the Beverly Hills location to now in La Jolla. What stands out about City National is several reasons. One the customer service you get from customer service to branch tellers. If you are a person who is looking for bank calls you by your name not a like number then you are in the best hands money can buy. Because the documents were incorrectly when they returned, Jerel printed a new set and labeled which pages to sign clearly and mailed them back to my mom. I wished we accepted Jerel's assistance the first time around, although Fidelity's customer service tried to do that. Embarrassingly this was our mistake and legal documents can be overwhelming to understand. Jerel saved us time and postage getting the documents re-notarized and scanned into the system - I cannot express enough thanks for his kindness and excellent customer service! We will definitely work with Jerel in the future, and I highly recommend him.”
