“Most employees are the most unpleasant. If you talk to them, they'll answer but the find time to talk amongst themselves. Especially at the checkout. Long lines there, customers waiting. Then one checker will just up and leave. No note, just close. Then al of us in line had to wait while all three people are behind the enclosed yappy and laughing. Please train them to be more customers friendly. Even the ones in the aisles won't ask if you need help.”
“I had an issue with my e.b.t. card trying to go from cal-fresh to paying with cash, after trying to do this on my own and failed. I voiced my frustrations and the cashier helped me saying, "Don't worry, I will help you." I was so reassured. So we did the transaction and it was Easy-Peasy!
