“I came into this Verizon near closing time and had the occasions interact with Mike. The customer service representative. He was the only representative in the store and appeared to be managing multiple tasks at one time while still effectively assisting customers at a level that should be an example to other employees. I hope that management will recognize Mike for his dedicated and outstanding customer service at this Verizon. Mike is definitely an asset to the Verizon team.”

“WOW!! We spent two hours at the AT&T store in Palm Springs with Sonia and Carlos! I came in for an apple watch, and my husband ended up getting one as well. Sonia and Carlos were awesome and helped us walk through the setup and all the features. We didn't leave until we knew the watch and all the app functions. This is our first apple watch and we love it so far! THANK YOU Sonia and Carlos for taking really great care of us! I highly recommend both of these sales people to anyone needing AT&T products!”

“Every time I visit the store, the two young men that worked there more than helpful. They’re not trying to pressure sales as you. They’re just trying to solve your problems before they aren’t. They even thinking about selling anything to you. Congratulations to them wonderful services.”
