He was the only representative in the store and appeared to be managing multiple tasks at one time while still effectively assisting customers at a level that should be an example to other employees. I hope that management will recognize Mike for his dedicated and outstanding customer service at this Verizon. Mike is definitely an asset to the Verizon team.”
