“The computer came a bit early and it came with the OS it just didn't work I am right here trying to reinstall windows because it was to hard for them to install it, it says there are corrupt files and over all I got a computer with no os BUT they did help me fix it when I called them and at least they did that instead "here have a broken computer"”

“My family recently bought a CAM100 to monitor our home. We live next to a halfway house, and there's no problem with that but some of the people living there have trespassed on our property or threw fireworks in our yard. We have looked into multiple different security cameras and a lot were really expensive but finally we found the CAM100 which gives us everything we needed. Customer service was great in helping us set it up. We feel a lot safer now.”

Associate by the name Rito happened to be in charge of the outlet section. He navigated me through all details of the purchase and he and store manager Luis helped me to get even better discount(it was on Mother's Day)! Nice people, great experience, grateful customer!”

“I went in to upgrade my phone from the fold 3 to the s24 ultra after having two failed attempts at two previous Best Buy locations. 1st location (Eastvale) said they had the phone in stock. They proceeded to log in to my account and then telling me they didnt have the phone in stock. So I drove to the next nearest location that had the phone in stock. The second location (Riverside) had the phone in stock but were not able to access my account because the 1st location locked it. The lady at the second location didn't do anything to try and unlock it or even call verizon. Then she said she had to leave. So visited this Best Buy in Chino, CA the next day and was helped by David. He was amazing! Great customer service! Explained everything to me from different plans to trading in my old phone. He was even able to access my locked account and access my nonworking phone. I am very satisfied with his service, he went above and beyond to help me. I Will definitely be going back to this location eventhough it's a longer drive from me. Thank you David!”

“I needed a new 4 Pin Molex to SATA Power Cable since mine (black ESATA plastic cover) broke. I didn't want to go far away and order online so I tried the local stores. None of them (e.g., PCS HQ a few doors down in the same building) would give me one except The Laptop Experts. A guy came out right away after entering the lobby. I showed him my old broken one. He went into the backroom and had a spare one to sell. I looked and agreed to buy it. Quick and easy to get a simple part from a store. Thank you! I will return if I need another one badly. I hope they also sell other parts too because it's hard to find any near by stores that sell basic PC parts these days. :(”

“I went into this computer store in hope to find a gaming pc for my son, not only was i pleased with customer service I received upon entering the door. I genuinely felt like the care I received from them and what i was looking for was beyond normal customer service skills. “I got my printer fix here recently at this small local mom and pop shop. Found out what was the problem with my printer and got a decent price on the cost to fix it. I was told my printer would be ready by the end of the day. I got a pretty good deal for toner and ink cartridges as well. Service was great and efficient!The owner is was very nice and funny guy. I would highly recommend if anyone has a problem with their printer or copy machine. This place save me a lot time and money. Definitely, coming back and ordering more toner/ink supplies for my office.”
