“Big shout out to Terri and Susan ! These two really are the best here at this location. I had an issue at a different branch location, and came here to explain what had happened and how i was disappointed with the false hope/miscommunication I was presented with. They both took the time to listen as well as try to find solutions to take care of me as their valued customer to do anything they can to help resolve the issue that had happened at a different location. Again, I'm so glad these two were able to start off the help I needed and escalate the matter further to get better assistance and resolve the issue for me. “By far the best of the 3 locations. Very personable, remembering my name and saying "say hi to your wire" it has good security doors. I always feel safe there. They have a Coin machine, my wife loves. If I have a deposit to make, I like to hold on to it, till I'm close by I to make my deposits here.”

“Prominent business center located on La Palma, near Imperial Hwy. Businesses include a credit union, cabinetry business, a church, and a metal works factory. Access is easy and there is a parking structure towards the back for additional parking. The parking lot is well-maintained and proudly displays American flags encircling the roundabout.”

“The staff is very kind and helpful. I love they were honest that the wait might take a while but it was only 30min and I expected it to be much longer cause they helped like a good 8 people ahead of me! I got the kindest most informational employee, Alejandra set my account so fast and she was so kind enough to help me apply to a credit line which I got approved thankfully. I never felt like I was asking to much questions and all my questions were answered and she even shared tips and advice for me since I just recently became a military wife. I feel so much support from her and if I have any more questions or worries about my account. I know I have a reliable, knowledgeable, and kind person here at this location! “I've been with FFCU since 1997 and have ALWAYS received the best service plus no monthly account fees. I have purchased 2 cars through their loan dept with interest rates that could not be beat. Best is the online app--extremely easy to use and always accessible--love being able to deposit checks online--with my phone. My Iphone has face recognition, so unless I'm wearing my mask, I can easily check my account balances, transfer funds, etc. Can't understand the other reviewers that say their money is not accessible Mine always is.”

Lately I have been shopping around for auto financing. I spoke with Justin here at the Montclair branch. He was incredibly competent, professional, and straightforward while also being friendly. “This is a great credit union. I have had astounding service during the years. Several days ago, I had the wonderful experience of having two exceptional young employees assist me with my auto loan. I had a wonderful reception from Anna Recendez, whom I later found to be the manager. I inquired about an auto loan formy new vehicle. Anna did the numbers and hooked me up with a great interest rate. However, i did have to return at a later date to sign the paperwork. During that particular visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lidia Marquina. Lidia handled the remaining paperwork and numbers and got me a great interest rate. I signed all the docs and I really felt great about taking my business here.”

“I refinanced a loan with SDCCU. They were easy and straight forward. I had a hurdle and they denied the loan on a Fannie Mae rule but then listened to my rebuttal and the loan got approved. “Love having Arrowhead Credit Union so close to home with this new location since I've been with them since 2010. Staff is very helpful and friendly as I expected with ACU. The office is a tiny bit tricky to find since it's at the rear corner of a large building. Hopefully this location will grow and move to the front of the building.”
