“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”
“I went in to purchase more storage cuz I am a senior and didn't know I couldn't do that on my iphone. Lol But JACKSON was so kind and said "I got you" so he went to my apps and told me to go through them and delete what I don't use or need. You know in today's world GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is rare. And Jackson could have sold me a new phone by being not so honest but he didn't. He truly helped me honestly and when I am ready to upgrade I will definitely be giving Jackson my business. “The T-Mobile authorized retailer in Upland on Mountain Avenue was very helpful in straightening out and starting my service after hours or I should say days of delays in service. Alyssa had my problem fixed in no time and we sure appreciated that. T-Mobile in Upland has the latest cell phone communications available. There’s plenty of parking with the handicapped stalls at the front entrance.”
“Tried Verizon home internet to get the military discount which I applied for through ID me and then after my third month Verizon tells me I can only get the military discount if I have a Verizon phone line. Such false advertising by a big company. Disgusting! So I wouldn't miss any recording time. I went to the T-Mobile store to get my new 5G home internet router for T-Mobile home internet, so I didn't want to take it a chance on shipping because my Verizon expires on November 3rd. Brought the unit home. Got it set up and now I'm back on T-Mobile 5G home internet! Take that Verizon. You think you're going to keep me as a customer after you misrepresent the discount?! Besides T-Mobile is faster & more reliable!”

Already pleased with my decison to exit my previous cell provider service. I'm loving my new devices and I'm saving about $150 dollars a month. Happy to be a new member of the T-mobile family. “This corporate store is located in the Lone Hill Shopping Plaza (HomeGoods etc.). It's easily missed, because it sits facing the side of Home Depots Garden Center (closest to the entrance off Gladstone). The agents were knowledgeable and patient. Diego and Domenic, willingly answered all my questions.”
